I had an issue with my system, where it was not letting me restore to an earlier time point and I needed to format the drive. I was unable to use my Windows 8. I had to reinstall Windows 8. Though it says there that you can do it, when I try to make a CD version, my CD drive with a black cd inside doesn't show. Could you be so kind and let me know how I can make a CD rescue disk?
